Your historic legal actions in Memphis and LA so far have yielded nothing decisive. They must be made to do so. This can only be done now in Utah where we now have very well evidenced the criminal jugular of the intersecting H. L.Hunt network and the Federal Reserve Bankers' network. By nailing Bowers and Ralph Requa and we will assuredly expose it all. The evidence is replete as you have seen over the years. Now that the well-evidenced prospective $5 - $10 billion Osceola gold deposits are secured, this is more than possible.
We may and must now shift attention from Osceola per se to all the essentially unrelated crimes and events of the prior 1993 receivership and court frauds in Utah against Banner International. A new organization/financing must be arranged pursuant to your expressed preparedness to undertake "all inclusive" legal actions regarding those.
The Utah court frauds demonstrated what H.L Hunt was all about as evidenced by so many investigators already, including yourself with the Hunt/Hoover red phone link: Hunt was JFK assassination "master of ceremonies" with his same derived criminal network still intact then destroying Banner International in Utah in 1993 and stealing the Requa/Hoover Files through the Hunts' long time geologist Bowers and Ralph Requa. The criminal alliance of these petty accomplices for the Hunts and Utah's RQN principles and Fed. Reserve shareholders will expose it all. Very easily to be done, all the evidence to start with on a platter already. The trail of their major crimes and court frauds could not be more clear.
It is therefore time to ascertain how to organize the legal actions relating to the receivership fraud and theft of Requa/Hoover Files. It is a complex of actions and venues, not just one.
What we all must realize is that Utah with 1993 (and all since then) is where we have exposed the current active links -- at their jugular -- where the continuing crime networks derived from H.L.Hunt / J.Edgar Hoover/Mafia Allies meet most clearly and are joined with the criminal network of the Federal Reserve Bank. Crack the crimes against Banner International in Utah with the H.L. Hunt family "heirs" (with their petty accomplices Bowers and Ralph Requa) and we crack exposing also the whole Federal Reserve Bank criminal network. They both intersect at RQN with actions to be against Ralph Requa, Bowers, and RQN over the theft of the Requa/Hoover Files; and, the entering of the criminal 1993 receivership will expose the whole fascist/criminal network that started off being being established with the JFK assassination (and before that with the Fed Act of 1913), and then went on to Memphis in 1968 with MLK that you proved in court in 1999. Utah is (can be) the legal OK corral against the NWO, if the initiative is taken to make it so.
The theft of the R/H Files was an agenda first destined to happen when the creation of the Requa/Hoover Files was first planned in 1917 to eventually happen by the Fed bankers in bringing together Herbert Hoover and M.L. Requa. In 1917 the Fed bankers planned to create the R/H Files and then to get them back one way or another. In 1974 they first tried to get them through John Paul Getty murdering Samuel Edelman to frame myself, but that failed. Then they tried again to steal the R/H Files and succeeded in 1993 after it became doubly urgent to also prevent my exposure of the Fed founders (Rockefeller et.al.) having murdered Jane Stanford in1905 as a part of their plan to create the Federal Reserve Bank.

Otherwise there are two major issues:
1)The fraudulent entering of the 1993 Utah receivership per se; using Bowers, Ralph and others as COINTELPRO fronts: i.e. joint FBI/Mafia agents agents and petty accomplices;
2) The theft of the Requa/Hoover Files and their use by major mining interests
Both the above were coordinated by RQN as the legal arm/front of the Federal Reserve Bank and the Eccles/Quinney/Rockefellers/Bushes as indicated in your letter to FBI in January of 2013:

We have now finished recreating Osceola and getting its $5 -- $10 billion in gold. We must now next focus on the two major factions/networks in 1993 involved in stealing the R/H Files. This will bring down the H.L. Hunt Criminal network put into the FBI (via red phone of Hunt to FBI) and that working with it from the Fed. This will allow us to claim , many billions of dollars in gold mines stolen with the F/H Files.
We also have the data to prove where many billions of gold is in Honduras based on an 1890s map with modern analysis.
There are very many billions of dollars to get at Osceola.
There are very many billions of dollars to get through legal actions against the 1993 court frauds and theft of Requa/Hoover Files.
There are very many billions of dollars to get in gold mines stolen via the R/H Files;
There are very many billions of dollars to get in Honduras at the greatest possible bonanza gold mine still left undiscovered in the world. Any proficient geologist would agree if shown the 1890s map with the modern analysis on it.
We may now break the JFK assassination mega-conspiracy network as it still existed in Utah in 1993, and as it still exists there today:
1) The H.L. Hunt family derived group that Bowers had long been a geologist/cog of. Bowers intimate workings with criminalized FBI persons in Utah (also associated with RQN) was evidenced everywhere and with recordings of him, them, and Rev. Marsh. Never having known each other, Bowers and Ralph Requa immediately joined in an easily alleged and proved criminal alliance for the receivership fraud in which large bribes were very apparent as alleged with Ralph Requa: he got an airplane and two new houses not long after being a bankrupt. Their primary MO was extreme libels on myself of all sorts. They derived from the Stevenson securities racketeering group that was Mafia affiliated as I witnessed in California, and further were derived from the John Paul Getty Group.
Getty group was Mafia/COINTELPRO/H/L.Hunt derived from all the activities Hunt had had with J. Edgar Hoover over their red-telephone line that you discovered. It was COINTELPRO-derived from all the FBI/Mafia/Big Oil/H.L.Hunt networking from before the JFK assassination until exposed in the Church Hearings.
All their interests were simply to concentrate oil and all other wealth (including gold) increasingly in their hands: it was fascism pure and simple; and, the H.L Hunt role in JFK assassination extended all the way back to Hunt's son seeing Marina Oswald in the Soviet Union (up near the Arctic Circle) long before Lee Harvey Oswald even went to the Soviet Union. No doubt many contingency plans for Oswald existed before they settled on his patsy role for JFK murder.
It was a right wing fascist political group for a long time and your comment that H.L. Hunt was "a bankroller of much death" was certainly accurate. JFK assassination was just one thing they did, but it became the key thing and was the floodgate for all the things that lead up to COINTEPTRO Hearings when their long term agenda with Mafia elements infused into the FBI became clear to all the Senators in the Church Hearings.
